Rental Includes:

Self-cleaning oven, built-in microwave oven, frost-free refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer/dryer, central air conditioning unit, individual electric hot water heater, window treatments, attached one car garage with electric door opener, additional surface parking, garbage collection, water (softened).

Resident pays individual electric bill which includes hot water heater. Resident also pays natural gas bill for individual forced-air furnace.

Rental Terms:

No lease is required to rent our apartments. A written 60-day notice to vacate an apartment unit is required. These notices are only valid as of the first day of the month. Credit and background checks will be performed. An application is available on-line and must be completed by each adult resident.

Security Deposit:
A security deposit equal to one month's rent is required to be paid in full prior to moving in.
